Terms & Conditions
1. Classes of Competition
The event is divided into the following classes:
- Motorcycles – Pro (Overall Single)
- Motorcycles – Expert (Overall Single, Overall Team)
- Motorcycles – Standard (Overall Single, Overall Team)
- Women (Overall Single)
- Signor 45+ (Overall Single)
Team Rules:
- An Overall Team consists of two competitors from the same class.
- Team members do not need to finish at the same time.
2. Track & Difficulty Levels
- Pro Class: Very hard tracks, 80–120 km per day.
- Expert Class: Hard tracks, 70–120 km per day.
- Standard Class: Moderate tracks, 60–100 km per day.
- Women Class: Lighter tracks, 60–100 km per day.
3. Registration
- Location: City of Gabrovo, Hotel Sveti Vasilii Veliki GPS Coordinates: 42°49’45.7”N, 25°18’17.9”E Google Maps: 42.829361, 25.304972
- On-Site Registration:
- Friday, 21.08.2026: 18:00 – 22:00
- During registration, competitors must also submit their GPS devices for track input.

- Participation Fees:
- Standard: €400
- Women: €100 Fees are paid upon arrival at the competition venue.
4. Accommodation
- Competitors must book and pay for their own accommodation.
- Organizers will provide a list of recommended hotels.

- 08:30–09:30: Endurocross registration & transponder collection (Gabrovo Sports Hall)
- 10:00: Qualifying series start
- 12:00: Heats start
- 14:00: Results announcement (Day 1)
Sunday – 23.08.2026
- 08:00–08:30: Start list announcement, GPS distribution, technical inspection
- 09:00: First participant starts
- 16:00: Course closes
- 16:30: Results announcement (Day 2) & general ranking; contest submissions
- 17:00: Bulgarian Enduro Championship awards ceremony
Monday – 24.08.2026
- 08:30: Briefing
- 09:00: Stage 2 navigation start (based on cumulative time until Sunday)
- Track time: 7 hours
Tuesday – 25.08.2026
- Rest Day
Wednesday – 26.08.2026
- 08:30: Briefing
- 09:00: Stage 3 navigation start (based on cumulative time until Tuesday)
- Track time: 8 hours
Thursday – 27.08.2026
- 08:30: Briefing
- 09:00: Stage 4 navigation start (based on cumulative time until Wednesday)
- Track time: 6 hours
- 20:00: Awards Ceremony (Hotel Sveti Vasilii Veliki)
6. Vehicle Requirements
- Eligible: Single-cylinder and twin-cylinder motorcycles & ATVs; two-stroke and four-stroke.
- Vehicles must be fully operational and street legal.
- Exhaust noise limit: 96 dB
- Competitors must present a valid driving license during registration.
- Non-street-legal motorcycles cannot leave the track or liaison; doing so is at the competitor’s own risk.
7. Refueling Rules
- Minimum fuel capacity: 50 km range
- Refueling only at designated points.
- Engine must be completely turned off.
- Smoking strictly forbidden.
- Competitors must leave a fuel can with organizers for refueling point delivery.
8. Repairs
- Repairs allowed during competition but count toward total time.
- Any part can be replaced except the chassis.
9. Navigation Rules
- Navigation via GPS only.
- Each GPS must display competitor number and full name.
- Competitors must provide a data cable (except for Garmin 60CX/60CSX/Zumo or newer).
- GPS must support track logs with at least 10,000 points.
- Track log submission mandatory for referee checks.
Deviation Penalties:
- 100 m off track: Must return to deviation point slowly, on the right side.
- Deviation >100 m: +15 min penalty
- Deviation >100 m for >1 km: 30 min to 2 h penalty
- Deviation >1 km: 4 h or more penalty
Organizers use a precision computer program to verify tracks; additional markings (arrows/tape) may be used at difficult navigation points.
10. Mandatory Equipment
Each rider must have:
- GPS device
- GSM phone
- Flashlight
- Basic medical kit
- Water supply
- Spare batteries
- Organizer’s contact phone number
- Valid driving license
Insurance is highly recommended.
11. Numbers & Sponsorship
- Organizer-provided starting numbers must be mounted on the front mask and side covers.
- Organizer-provided sponsor stickers must be applied if required.
12. Technical & Competitive Control
- One hour before the start: All competitors & machines must pass technical control.
- Machines must comply with STVO standards.
- Competition consists of one prologue + four stages.
- Speed limit in populated areas: 50 km/h (checked via GPS logs).
13. Prologue & Stage Starts
- Prologue starting order determined by lottery (drawn during registration).
- Start may vary by category depending on track width.
- Teams must finish at least one race for classification eligibility.
- Stage 1 start: Based on prologue results.
- Stages 2–4 start: Based on cumulative overall time.
14. Finish & Results
- Team time = sum of both members’ times.
- If any team member fails to finish before course closes, the team is not classified.
- GPS devices must be submitted immediately after finishing.
- Provisional results posted daily at 21:00 (hotel lounge & competition Facebook page).
- Protests allowed within 1 hour of posting; after that, results are final.
15. Incidents & Safety
- Competitors must stop and assist if another rider is injured and call organizers immediately.
- Technical failures do not require assistance.
- Riders withdrawing early must notify organizers by phone.
16. Organizer Rights
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules if necessary.
